Hybrid Sourcing Adoption Trends in GICs / Captives / Shared Services — 2014 Survey

Introduction

With the increasing maturity of the Global In-House Center (GIC) model, also known as ‘Captive’, GICs are increasingly working with service providers to deliver services (defined as hybrid sourcing in this survey). Some GICs manage service providers on behalf of their parent organization. Additionally, mature GICs are involved in shaping the parent’s sourcing strategy and in managing the sourcing program.

This survey will address the following questions:

  • How many and what types of GICs are engaged in hybrid sourcing?
  • For those using a hybrid sourcing model, how are they organizing and managing their programs?
  • What are their future plans?

We invite you to complete this 8-minute survey in order to help answer these questions and provide a snapshot of current market practices.

As a thank you for your valuable input, you will receive a complimentary summary of the findings by 30th November 2014.

This survey is a coordinated effort between Everest Group, SSON, and Nasscom.

We thank you for your valuable input.
